Indications to application

Calcium the gluconate is applied at insufficient function of parathyroid glands, the strengthened removal of calcium from an organism (in particular, at long dehydration) as a supportive application at allergic diseases (a serumal illness, the small tortoiseshell, angioneurotic hypostasis, etc.) and allergic complications of medicinal therapy, to reduction of permeability of vessels at pathological processes of various genesis (the ekssudativny phase of inflammatory process, hemorrhagic vaskulit radiation sickness, etc.) at parenchymatous hepatitis, toxic damages of a liver, nephrite, an eklampsiya, a giperkaliyemiya, a giperkaliyemichesky form of a paroksizmalny mioplegiya, at skin diseases (a skin itch, eczema, psoriasis, etc.) as styptic cure, and also as an anti-pillbox for poisonings with magnesium salts, oxalic acid or its soluble salts, soluble salts of fluoric acid.

Method of application and dosage

The drug is injected intravenously and intramuscularly. The ampoule with solution before introduction is warmed up to body temperature. To avoid undesirable reactions which can follow a fast intravenous injection of calcium of a gluconate it is necessary to inject a drug slowly about 1,5 ml within 1 minute.

Adults on 5-10 ml of 10% of solution, depending on character of a disease and a condition of the patient - daily, every other day or through 2 dnyadetyam are not recommended to inject a drug intramuscularly, because of possible development of a necrosis. Intravenously, depending on age, to children enter from 1 to 5 ml of 10% of solution of calcium of a gluconate.
